  7. 7. Remove the core from the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Dice the fresh tomatoes.
  9. 9. Finely chop the dried tomatoes.
  10. 10. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
  11. 11. Sauté the onions and the garlic in the oil.
  12. 12. Cook the onions and the garlic until they are soft and translucent.
  13. 13. Add the fresh tomato cubes to the pot.
  14. 14. Add the chopped dried tomatoes to the pot.
