  1. 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Gradually add the water and knead it in.
  3. 3. Continue to knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface for about 10 minutes until it is soft.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into a roll and divide it into 12 equal portions.
  6. 6. Roll each portion on a lightly floured surface into a thin flatbread with a diameter of about 15 centimeters.
  7. 7. Grease a pan with ghee (clarified butter).
  8. 8. Fry the chapatis in it on each side over medium heat until small brown spots appear.
  9. 9. Stir the yogurt until smooth and mix in salt and cayenne pepper.
  10. 10. Add the cucumber and mint and fold them in.
  11. 11. Serve the dip in small bowls and garnish with fresh mint.
