🍽️ Creamy Mushroom Sauce with Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- Salt
- 400 g Heavy cream
- 200 g Herb cream cheese
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp Porcini powder
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- 2. Add salt and the pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until al dente, as described on the package.
- 4. Pour the cream and vegetable broth into a small pot.
- 5. Simmer the mixture until it has reduced to one-third of its original volume.
- 6. Rinse the mushrooms under running water.
- 7. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 8. Mix the mushroom slices with the lemon juice.
- 9. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 10. Sauté the mushrooms briefly in the hot butter.
- 11. Season the mushrooms with porcini powder, salt, and pepper.
- 12. Stir the reduced cream-broth mixture into the mushrooms in the pan.
- 13. Finely chop the parsley.
- 14. Pour the sauce over the drained pasta.
- 15. Sprinkle the dish with the chopped parsley.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately.
