🍽️ Mushrooms with Red Onions in Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg small button mushrooms
- 2 red onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the red onions and cut them into wedges.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Fry the mushrooms in hot oil, add the garlic and sweat it briefly. Add the balsamic vinegar and let everything simmer covered for about 6 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve the mushrooms with fresh parsley.
