🍽️ Quick Mushroom and Onion Skillet

Ingredients
- 800 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 100 ml vegetable broth
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
- 2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop both ingredients very finely.
- 3. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
- 4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook them until they are soft and see-through.
- 5. Add the mushroom slices and fry them briefly together.
- 6. Deglaze the vegetables with wine and broth.
- 7. Let the mixture simmer over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 8. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 9. Serve the vegetables immediately while warm.
