🥗 Fresh Salad with Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Spring Onions

Ingredients
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 400 g mushrooms
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch curly parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp chopped herbs (to taste)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms.
- 5. Dry the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.
- 7. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 8. Slice the cherry tomatoes.
- 9. Rinse the parsley.
- 10. Shake the parsley dry.
- 11. Pick off the parsley leaves.
- 12. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl.
- 13. Divide the salad onto plates.
- 14. Peel the garlic clove.
- 15. Chop the garlic finely.
- 16. Mix the garlic with the yogurt.
- 17. Add the lemon juice to the yogurt mixture.
- 18. Stir the herbs into the sauce.
- 19. Season the sauce with salt.
- 20. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 21. Serve the salad with the yogurt sauce.
