🍽️ Mushroom Tatar with Fresh Coriander

Ingredients
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 white onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- salt
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mushrooms under running water.
- 2. Cut off the tough stem ends from the mushrooms.
- 3. Slice one single mushroom into thin slices.
- 4. Dice the remaining mushrooms into small, even pieces.
- 5. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 6. Chop the onion and garlic very finely.
- 7. Heat some oil in a large pan.
- 8. Add the chopped mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the hot pan.
- 9. Sauté the mixture briefly until it is soft.
- 10. Add the chili peppers and cumin seeds to the pan.
- 11. Fry everything while stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
- 12. Wait until no liquid is visible in the pan.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
- 15. Divide the mixture onto four plates or bowls.
- 16. Garnish the dish with the previously sliced mushroom caps.
