  1. 1. Rinse the mushrooms under running water.
  2. 2. Cut off the tough stem ends from the mushrooms.
  3. 3. Slice one single mushroom into thin slices.
  4. 4. Dice the remaining mushrooms into small, even pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
  6. 6. Chop the onion and garlic very finely.
  7. 7. Heat some oil in a large pan.
  8. 8. Add the chopped mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the hot pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the mixture briefly until it is soft.
  10. 10. Add the chili peppers and cumin seeds to the pan.
  11. 11. Fry everything while stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Wait until no liquid is visible in the pan.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
  15. 15. Divide the mixture onto four plates or bowls.
  16. 16. Garnish the dish with the previously sliced mushroom caps.
