🍕 Mushroom Pizza from the Baking Tray

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 700 g chunky tomatoes (from the package)
- 500 g tomatoes
- 250 g mushrooms
- 50 g olives
- 200 g Emmental
- 4 sprigs thyme
- salt
- pepper
- fats (for the baking sheet)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour with the salt. Stir the yeast into one-eighth liter of lukewarm water, add the oil and knead everything with the flour into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for one hour.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 4. Slice the olives into thin rings.
- 5. Grease the baking tray well. Knead the dough briefly again, roll it out on a lightly floured surface, place it on the tray and form a crust. Spread the tomato sauce on top and pre-bake the dough for ten minutes at 220 degrees.
- 6. Distribute the tomatoes, mushrooms and olives on top, sprinkle everything with the cheese, season with salt and pepper. Finish baking the pizza for about ten minutes and sprinkle thyme leaves over it before serving.
