🍽️ Creamy Mushroom and Wild Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 150 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 150 g whipping cream
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms.
- 2. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- 3. Wash the wild garlic under running water.
- 4. Dry the wild garlic thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the wild garlic into thin strips.
- 6. Melt the butter in a large pan.
- 7. Fry the mushroom slices over high heat.
- 8. Stir the mushrooms constantly.
- 9. Cook the mushrooms for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Fold the wild garlic strips into the mushrooms.
- 11. Stir the broth into the pan.
- 12. Add the mustard to the pan.
- 13. Add the cream to the pan.
- 14. Let the sauce reduce briefly.
- 15. Add the lemon juice to the sauce.
- 16. Season the sauce with salt.
- 17. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 18. Serve the sauce with, for example, mashed potatoes or bread dumplings.
