🍽️ Refreshing Lime Sorbet with Champagne, Coriander and Chili

Ingredients
- 3 limes (juice)
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 500 ml champagne
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- coriander leaves
- 1 red chili pepper (sliced into rings)
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the limes to extract the juice.
- 2. Finely grate the lime zest.
- 3. Pick the fresh coriander leaves off the stems.
- 4. Add the lime juice, zest, and coriander to a large bowl.
- 5. Pour the champagne into the bowl.
- 6. Stir the ingredients well together.
- 7. Pour the mixture into a flat, freezer-safe container.
- 8. Place the box in the freezer.
- 9. Wait for 30 minutes.
- 10. Scrape the frozen edges of the mixture with a spoon.
- 11. Mix the scraped parts with the liquid center.
- 12. Repeat the stirring every 30 minutes.
- 13. Continue until the sorbet has a fine, grainy texture.
- 14. Slice the chili into thin rings.
- 15. Spoon the finished sorbet into chilled glasses.
- 16. Garnish the surface with the chili rings.
- 17. Place fresh coriander leaves on top.
- 18. Serve the ice cream immediately.
