  1. 1. Sift the almond flour and wheat flour into a bowl. Add the spices and mix well. Beat the eggs together with the powdered sugar for about five minutes until creamy. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture until a thick dough forms.
  2. 2. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls (about 1 cm in diameter) using moist hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press them down slightly.
  3. 3. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 150 degrees (convection 130 degrees; gas: level 1–2) for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the tray, lift the baking paper with the cookies off the tray, and let them cool.
