Ingredients
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g wheat flour Type 1050
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground fennel seeds
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 4 eggs
- 110 g powdered sugar (from raw cane sugar)
Instructions
- 1. Sift the almond flour and wheat flour into a bowl. Add the spices and mix well. Beat the eggs together with the powdered sugar for about five minutes until creamy. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture until a thick dough forms.
- 2. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls (about 1 cm in diameter) using moist hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press them down slightly.
- 3. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 150 degrees (convection 130 degrees; gas: level 1–2) for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the tray, lift the baking paper with the cookies off the tray, and let them cool.
