🥤 Cozy Chai Tea

Ingredients
- 750 ml Oat drink (oat milk)
- 4 Cardamom pods
- 3 bags black tea (e.g. Assam)
- 0.5 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Cloves
- Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Raw cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Pour the oat drink into a pot.
- 2. Place the pot over medium heat.
- 3. Gently press the cardamom pods with the back of a knife to release their aroma.
- 4. Add the crushed pods, tea bag, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the warm milk.
- 5. Season everything with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
- 6. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 7. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Make sure the liquid does not boil vigorously.
- 9. Remove the tea bag from the pot.
- 10. Stir in the sugar until it has dissolved.
- 11. Strain the liquid into cups using a sieve.
- 12. Serve the drink immediately.
