  1. 1. Cut open the cardamom pods and remove the black seeds. Add the peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves, and star anise to a pot with 300 milliliters of water. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the pot from the heat and add the black tea. Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain the liquid into glasses.
  3. 3. Heat the milk and stir in the honey. Froth the milk as desired and pour it into the glasses. Dust the finished latte with cinnamon and serve.
