  3. 3. Gently wash the berries.
  4. 4. Pat the berries dry with a cloth.
  5. 5. Mix the berries together.
  6. 6. Distribute the berries evenly into the jars.
  7. 7. Put the wine, cassis liqueur, cinnamon, and cloves into a pot.
  8. 8. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  9. 9. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Pour the hot liquid immediately over the berries in the jars.
  11. 11. Seal the jars tightly.
  12. 12. Place the sealed jars on their lids for 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Then turn the jars upside down.
  14. 14. Let the jars cool down completely.
  15. 15. The berries keep for about 6 months.
