🍰 Creamy Cashew Cream with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients
- 125 g cashew nuts
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp. vanilla powder
- 2 handfuls strawberries
- 3 tbsp fine oat flakes
Instructions
- 1. Place the cashew nuts in a screw-top jar and cover them with cold water. Put the jar in the fridge and let the nuts soak well for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- 2. Peel the banana and cut it into coarse pieces. Pour off the soaking water from the cashew nuts. Put the soaked nuts together with the milk, vanilla powder, and banana pieces into a tall container. Blend the mixture until smooth. If it is too thick, add a little more milk.
- 3. Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and slice them. Fill the cashew cream into small bowls and sprinkle oat flakes on top. Place the strawberry slices on the cream and serve the dessert immediately.
