  2. 2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Toast the cashew nuts and sesame seeds until golden brown. Drizzle the honey over them and heat briefly.
  3. 3. Stir the spelt flakes into the nut-honey mixture. Spread the mixture on a plate and let it cool.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries, pat them dry, remove the stems, and cut them into small pieces.
  5. 5. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup. Divide the mixture among bowls or glasses. Top with the strawberries and the crunchy nut mixture.
