🍰 Crunchy Spelt Cashew Muesli

Ingredients
- 30 g cashew nuts (2 tbsp)
- 5 g butter (1 tsp)
- 20 g sesame seeds (2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp spelt flakes
- 300 g strawberries
- 300 g yoghurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the cashew nuts.
- 2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Toast the cashew nuts and sesame seeds until golden brown. Drizzle the honey over them and heat briefly.
- 3. Stir the spelt flakes into the nut-honey mixture. Spread the mixture on a plate and let it cool.
- 4. Wash the strawberries, pat them dry, remove the stems, and cut them into small pieces.
- 5. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup. Divide the mixture among bowls or glasses. Top with the strawberries and the crunchy nut mixture.
