  1. 1. Spread the thin baguette slices with butter and top with the beef fillet. Heat the remaining butter in a pan and fry 16 small sunny-side-up eggs from quail eggs. Season with salt and pepper and place them on the breads.
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them finely. Pluck the chervil leaves from the stems and decorate the breads with them along with the mushrooms.
