Ingredients
- 16 slices Baguette
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 150 g paper-thin sliced beef fillet (Carpaccio)
- 16 Quail eggs
- 50 g Mushrooms
- Pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh Chervil
Instructions
- 1. Spread the thin baguette slices with butter and top with the beef fillet. Heat the remaining butter in a pan and fry 16 small sunny-side-up eggs from quail eggs. Season with salt and pepper and place them on the breads.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them finely. Pluck the chervil leaves from the stems and decorate the breads with them along with the mushrooms.
