🍽️ Orange Carpaccio with Pistachios and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, carefully removing all white pith. Slice the fruit into thin rounds and collect the released juice in a bowl.
- 2. Place the honey and the collected orange juice in a small saucepan and warm the mixture gently.
- 3. Arrange the orange slices on a plate and drizzle them with the warm honey syrup and yogurt.
- 4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
