  1. 1. Lightly prick the eggshells, place the eggs in boiling water, and boil them for about 8 minutes. Remove the eggs, rinse them under cold water to make them easier to peel, and slice them.
  2. 2. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Slice the mozzarella balls into thin pieces as well. Cut the tortilla wraps in half from one edge to the center.
  3. 3. Spread the avocado onto one quarter of the wrap and mash it slightly with a fork. Top the remaining quarters with mozzarella, egg slices, and tomato slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then fold the quarters over one by one.
  4. 4. Fry the tortilla wraps in a pan without added fat for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Turn them in between until the mozzarella starts to melt. If you are using a contact grill, close and latch the grill, and grill the wrap for about 5 minutes.
