🍽️ Juicy Minced Beef Cannelloni with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g passed tomatoes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp alcohol-free red wine
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 8 cannelloni
- 75 g finely grated parmesan
- fresh herbs (for serving)
- 40 g salad
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees Celsius for top and bottom heat. If you are using a fan-assisted oven, choose 180 degrees. For a gas oven, set it to level 3.
- 2. Take the onion and the garlic. Peel both ingredients and chop them very finely.
- 3. Take half of the finely chopped garlic amount and stir it into the tomatoes.
- 4. Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and wine. Stir the sauce well and set it aside.
- 5. Take a baking dish and lightly coat it with oil so that nothing sticks.
- 6. Put the minced beef into a bowl. Add the chopped onions, the remaining half of the garlic, the egg, the mustard, and the thyme.
- 7. Season the meat mixture generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
- 8. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the meat mixture.
- 9. Place the filled cannelloni side by side in the prepared baking dish.
- 10. Pour the prepared tomato sauce evenly over the cannelloni.
- 11. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce.
- 12. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the cannelloni for about 40 minutes.
- 13. Wash the salad leaves and the herbs. Shake them dry.
- 14. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Pat them dry and cut them in half.
- 15. Plate the finished cannelloni. Garnish them with the salad, the herbs, and the halved cherry tomatoes. Serve the dish.
