  6. 6. Put the fish fillet and the bread into a blender.
  7. 7. Puree the ingredients into a fine mixture.
  8. 8. Peel the spring onions and wash them.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  11. 11. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  12. 12. Put the fish mixture into a large mixing bowl.
  13. 13. Add the spring onion rings to the fish mixture.
  14. 14. Grate some lemon zest directly into the bowl.
  15. 15. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl.
  16. 16. Add the chopped herbs to the bowl.
