🍽️ Cannelloni Stuffed with Bolognese

Ingredients
- 150 ml broth
- 250 g beef mince
- 50 g celery stalks (finely diced)
- 2 carrots (finely diced)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- 3 tbsp chopped herbs (rosemary, sage, parsley)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 8 pieces cannelloni
- 50 g coarsely grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pan and brown the meat quickly over high heat.
- 2. Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, and tomato paste to the pan.
- 3. Sauté the vegetables and tomato paste briefly.
- 4. Deglaze the pan with meat broth.
- 5. Let the sauce reduce slightly.
- 6. Stir in chopped tomatoes and herbs.
- 7. Let the sauce simmer for another 30 minutes.
- 8. Grease a baking dish with butter.
- 9. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the meat and tomato mixture.
- 10. Place the filled cannelloni into the baking dish.
- 11. Sprinkle the cannelloni with Parmesan cheese.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 13. Bake the cannelloni in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
