  6. 6. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables.
  7. 7. Stir the flour briefly.
  8. 8. Pour the wine into the pot.
  9. 9. Add the broth.
  10. 10. Place the lid on the pot.
  11. 11. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  12. 12. Remove the pot from the heat.
  13. 13. Puree the mixture finely with a hand blender.
  14. 14. Cut the Camembert into small cubes.
  15. 15. Stir the Camembert cubes into the hot soup.
  16. 16. Wait until the cheese is completely melted.
