🍽️ Creamy Camembert Soup

Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 800 ml broth
- 300 g camembert
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- thyme (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and the garlic clove.
- 2. Chop the vegetables very finely.
- 3. Heat some butter in a pot.
- 4. Sauté the chopped vegetables in the butter briefly.
- 5. Wait until the vegetables are soft and translucent.
- 6. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables.
- 7. Stir the flour briefly.
- 8. Pour the wine into the pot.
- 9. Add the broth.
- 10. Place the lid on the pot.
- 11. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 13. Puree the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 14. Cut the Camembert into small cubes.
- 15. Stir the Camembert cubes into the hot soup.
- 16. Wait until the cheese is completely melted.
- 17. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
- 18. Serve the soup garnished with fresh thyme sprigs.
- 19. Serve the soup with fresh baguette according to taste.
