  1. 1. Take the Camembert out of the packaging and cut it into small squares with a side length of 3 centimeters. Coat the cubes in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Press the coating firmly so it sticks well.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cheese cubes on all sides until golden brown. Serve them with cranberry jelly.
