🍽️ Camembert from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 –2 red plum
- 1 red onion
- 2 bulbs red beet (250 g; pre-cooked, vacuum-sealed)
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pistachio kernels (30 g)
- 2 small Camembert (each 80-100 g; 30 % fat in dry matter)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 slices sourdough whole grain bread (each 50 g)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the plums, halve them, remove the pit, and cut them into wedges. Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into strips. Cut the red beet into quarters and then into bite-sized pieces. Wash the rosemary and pick the needles off the stems.
- 2. Put the plums, red beet, onion, and half of the rosemary into a bowl. Mix everything with oil, salt, and pepper. Place the ingredients in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and put them on the rack in Zone 1 of the air fryer.
- 3. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Score the Camemberts in a cross pattern. Place both pieces of cheese on the rack in Zone 2. Top them with the remaining rosemary and the pistachios. Then drizzle them with honey.
- 4. Cook the red beet vegetables on the 'Roast' setting at 180 °C for 12 minutes. Stir the ingredients once halfway through the time. Cook the cheese for 12 minutes on the 'Roast' setting at 200 °C.
- 5. Remove both dishes from their respective zones as soon as they are done. Plate them. Serve the air fryer Camembert with fresh sourdough bread.
