🍽️ Oven-Baked Camembert with Herbs

Ingredients
- 4 Camembert (approx. 200 g each, in wooden basket)
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- chili flakes
- sweet paprika powder
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Remove the Camembert from its plastic packaging and place it back into its small wooden basket. Wash the thyme, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Finely chop the leaves. Mix the oil with the thyme, chili flakes, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Brush the Camembert with the oil mixture. Bake the cheese in the preheated oven at 180 °C (convection 160 °C; gas: setting 2–3) for about 20 minutes. The cheese is ready when it is slightly brown and domed upwards.
- 3. Take the Camembert out of the oven and let it cool for a short while. Serve it in the basket with a nice napkin. It goes well with a piece of rustic bread.
