  2. 2. Peel the avocado and cut it into four long wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. 3. Peel the shrimp and carefully remove the dark vein along the back.
  4. 4. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise to create two smaller rectangles.
  5. 5. Shape the rice into four equal-sized balls.
  6. 6. Place one nori half on your palm, spread with rice and wasabi paste (horseradish paste), and top with avocado, zucchini, and shrimp. Roll the sheet into a cone-shaped pouch.
