Ingredients
- 1 piece Zucchini (approx. 50 g)
- 0.25 ripe Avocado
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 200 g prepared Sushi rice
- 2 roasted Nori sheets
- 4 fresh Shrimp
- 4 tsp Red caviar
- 1 tsp Wasabi paste
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut it into thin, stick-like strips.
- 2. Peel the avocado and cut it into four long wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 3. Peel the shrimp and carefully remove the dark vein along the back.
- 4. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise to create two smaller rectangles.
- 5. Shape the rice into four equal-sized balls.
- 6. Place one nori half on your palm, spread with rice and wasabi paste (horseradish paste), and top with avocado, zucchini, and shrimp. Roll the sheet into a cone-shaped pouch.
