  9. 9. Blanch the spinach briefly in salted water (blanching means cooking briefly in boiling water).
  10. 10. Shock the spinach immediately with cold water.
  11. 11. Squeeze the spinach well to remove excess water.
  12. 12. Chop the spinach finely.
  13. 13. Wash the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise.
  15. 15. Remove the seeds and core from the bell pepper.
  16. 16. Dice the bell pepper finely.
  17. 17. Add the garlic, spinach, and pepper to the squid in the bowl.
  18. 18. Grate the lemon zest.
  19. 19. Add the lemon zest to the bowl.
  20. 20. Add one tablespoon of oil to the bowl.
