Ingredients
- 250 g soft butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp Bourbon whiskey
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup
Instructions
- 1. Beat the soft butter on the highest setting of your hand mixer for about 10 minutes until it becomes light and frothy.
- 2. Beat the powdered sugar, egg yolks, whiskey, and syrup over a hot, but not boiling, water bath until creamy and white. Let the mixture cool down.
- 3. Stir the cooled sugar mixture into the butter spoonful by spoonful until a smooth and uniform cream forms.
