🍽️ Creamy Buttermilk Persimmon Shake

Ingredients
- 80 g ripe persimmon (1 ripe persimmon)
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 20 g wheat germ (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the persimmon thoroughly and pat it dry. Cut off the hard stem base and divide the fruit into four equal pieces.
- 2. Pour the buttermilk into a tall, narrow container. Add the persimmon pieces and wheat germ. Puree the mixture with a hand blender (an electric device for chopping food) until it is fine and smooth. Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately.
