🍰 Buttermilk with Strawberries and Semolina Dumplings

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- vanilla pods
- 1 pinch iodized salt
- 4 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener, to taste)
- 50 g durum wheat semolina
- 800 ml buttermilk
- 300 g strawberries
- lemons
Instructions
- 1. Bring the milk, vanilla seeds, a pinch of salt, and one tablespoon of maple syrup to a boil. Stir in the semolina and let it swell for a moment. Use a teaspoon to form small dumplings from the mixture.
- 2. Mix the buttermilk with the remaining maple syrup. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir the berries into the buttermilk. Serve the cold buttermilk soup with the semolina dumplings in bowls immediately.
