  3. 3. Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs with the lemon juice.
  5. 5. Add the egg mixture to the butter mixture along with the flour and baking powder.
  6. 6. Mix everything well.
  7. 7. Fill the paper cups with the batter.
  8. 8. Bake the cupcakes for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the cupcakes from the oven.
  10. 10. Let them cool down completely.
  11. 11. Beat the butter for the filling with the powdered sugar until white and fluffy.
  12. 12. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
  13. 13. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a round tip.
  14. 14. Pipe the cream onto the cooled cupcakes.
  15. 15. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
