🍽️ Shiitake Butter

Ingredients
- 175 g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 250 g butter
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and chop them very finely.
- 2. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and chop them very finely as well.
- 3. Sauté the mushrooms and spring onions in about 2 tablespoons of hot butter. Add the remaining butter, let it melt, and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Spoon the mushroom butter into small bowls, stir in the chives, and let the mixture cool down.
