  3. 3. Sauté the mushrooms and spring onions in about 2 tablespoons of hot butter. Add the remaining butter, let it melt, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Spoon the mushroom butter into small bowls, stir in the chives, and let the mixture cool down.
