  2. 2. Carefully pluck the petals off the tough stems.
  3. 3. Chop the nasturtium leaves very finely.
  4. 4. Whisk the butter until it becomes creamy.
  5. 5. Stir the lemon juice into the soft butter.
  6. 6. Fold the flower petals into the butter mixture.
  7. 7. Add the finely chopped nasturtium leaves.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Shape the butter into a roll with a diameter of about 3 centimeters.
  10. 10. Wrap the butter roll tightly in plastic wrap.
  11. 11. Cover the roll additionally with a layer of aluminum foil.
  12. 12. Twist the ends of the foil securely to seal them.
  13. 13. Place the butter roll in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  14. 14. Remove the butter from the refrigerator after the cooling time.
  15. 15. Slice the butter into round pieces.
