🍽️ Fragrant Herb and Flower Butter

Ingredients
- 1 handful nasturtium flower
- 1 handful nasturtium leaf
- 250 g soft butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Hold the edible flowers and leaves briefly under running water to clean them.
- 2. Carefully pluck the petals off the tough stems.
- 3. Chop the nasturtium leaves very finely.
- 4. Whisk the butter until it becomes creamy.
- 5. Stir the lemon juice into the soft butter.
- 6. Fold the flower petals into the butter mixture.
- 7. Add the finely chopped nasturtium leaves.
- 8. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 9. Shape the butter into a roll with a diameter of about 3 centimeters.
- 10. Wrap the butter roll tightly in plastic wrap.
- 11. Cover the roll additionally with a layer of aluminum foil.
- 12. Twist the ends of the foil securely to seal them.
- 13. Place the butter roll in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 14. Remove the butter from the refrigerator after the cooling time.
- 15. Slice the butter into round pieces.
- 16. Serve the finished butter.
