  2. 2. Cut the nectarines into quarters or sixths.
  3. 3. Remove the pits from the nectarine pieces.
  4. 4. Slice the bread.
  5. 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  7. 7. Rinse the deseeded chili pepper.
  8. 8. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Mix the chopped chili with the lemon juice.
  10. 10. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the chili-lemon mixture.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt.
  12. 12. Add honey to the mixture.
  13. 13. Grate some fresh nutmeg over the mixture.
  14. 14. Rinse the mint under running water.
  15. 15. Shake the mint dry.
  16. 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  17. 17. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  18. 18. Stir the chopped mint into the chili mixture.
  19. 19. Brush the grill grate with the remaining olive oil.
  20. 20. Place the nectarines on the hot grill.
  21. 21. Place the bread slices on the hot grill.
  22. 22. Grill the nectarines and bread for 4 to 6 minutes.
  23. 23. Tear the grilled bread into bite-sized pieces.
  24. 24. Distribute the bread pieces onto the plates.
  25. 25. Place the grilled nectarines on the plates.
  26. 26. Break the burrata into pieces.
  27. 27. Place the burrata pieces on top of the nectarines and bread.
  28. 28. Drizzle the dish with the chili-mint dressing.
