🍽️ Grilled Nectarines with Burrata and Chili-Mint Dressing

Ingredients
- 5 Nectarines
- 0.5 Whole grain baguette
- 1 red chili pepper
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil (40 ml each)
- Sea salt
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- Nutmeg
- 0.5 bunch mint (10 g each)
- 400 g Burrata (60% fat in dry matter; Italian fresh cheese)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the nectarines under running water.
- 2. Cut the nectarines into quarters or sixths.
- 3. Remove the pits from the nectarine pieces.
- 4. Slice the bread.
- 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 7. Rinse the deseeded chili pepper.
- 8. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 9. Mix the chopped chili with the lemon juice.
- 10. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the chili-lemon mixture.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt.
- 12. Add honey to the mixture.
- 13. Grate some fresh nutmeg over the mixture.
- 14. Rinse the mint under running water.
- 15. Shake the mint dry.
- 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 17. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 18. Stir the chopped mint into the chili mixture.
- 19. Brush the grill grate with the remaining olive oil.
- 20. Place the nectarines on the hot grill.
- 21. Place the bread slices on the hot grill.
- 22. Grill the nectarines and bread for 4 to 6 minutes.
- 23. Tear the grilled bread into bite-sized pieces.
- 24. Distribute the bread pieces onto the plates.
- 25. Place the grilled nectarines on the plates.
- 26. Break the burrata into pieces.
- 27. Place the burrata pieces on top of the nectarines and bread.
- 28. Drizzle the dish with the chili-mint dressing.
