  1. 1. Peel the onions and dice them into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the chili pepper.
  3. 3. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  5. 5. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  6. 6. Heat a pot and add one tablespoon of oil.
  7. 7. Add the onions and the chili to the hot pot.
  8. 8. Sauté the vegetables until they are lightly golden brown.
  9. 9. Deglaze the vegetables with the grape juice.
  10. 10. Wash the grapes.
  11. 11. Halve the grapes.
  12. 12. Add the grapes to the mixture in the pot.
  13. 13. Let the mixture simmer for about 25 minutes.
  14. 14. Stir the mixture occasionally while cooking.
  15. 15. Season the relish with honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  16. 16. Remove the pot from the heat.
  17. 17. Let the relish cool down.
  18. 18. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Shape four burger patties from the meat.
  20. 20. Heat a pan and add the remaining oil.
  21. 21. Fry the burger patties in the hot pan.
  22. 22. Fry the burgers for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  23. 23. Cut the buns horizontally in half.
  24. 24. Lightly toast the cut sides of the buns.
  25. 25. Wash the tomato.
  26. 26. Cut out the stem area from the tomato.
  27. 27. Slice the tomato into thin slices.
  28. 28. Wash the lettuce.
  29. 29. Remove damaged leaves from the lettuce.
  30. 30. Shake the lettuce dry.
  31. 31. Place the lettuce on the bottom halves of the buns.
  32. 32. Place the burger patties on the lettuce.
  33. 33. Distribute the tomato slices on top of the burgers.
  34. 34. Close the burgers with the top halves of the buns.
  35. 35. Serve the burgers with the cooled relish.
