🍽️ Portobello Burger

Ingredients
- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 4 light rolls (e.g. bruschetta rolls)
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- 4 tbsp corn
- 4 tbsp sweet and sour chili sauce
- salad for garnish (radicchio, lamb's lettuce, frisée)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, season with salt, and place them in a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2. Halve the bruschetta buns, place slices of Emmental cheese on the bottom half, and broil briefly until the cheese starts to melt.
- 3. Mix the corn with the sweet chili sauce. Wash the salad and let it drain. Place the baked mushroom caps on the bruschetta, top with the corn mixture and the salad.
