🍽️ Juicy Burgers with Creamy Filling

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp paprika powder (hot)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 350 g ground beef
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 4 burger buns (sesame seeds as desired)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the bell pepper in half.
- 3. Remove the seeds and the white pith.
- 4. Dice the bell pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Peel the shallot.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Chop the shallot and garlic very finely.
- 8. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 9. Add the diced bell pepper, shallot, and garlic to the hot pan.
- 10. Sauté the vegetables until they are soft and translucent.
- 11. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 12. Transfer the vegetable mixture into a bowl.
- 13. Let the mixture cool down.
- 14. Add the egg yolk to the cooled vegetable mixture.
- 15. Add the well-drained cream cheese.
- 16. Add the paprika powder.
- 17. Add the parmesan.
- 18. Stir all ingredients together well.
- 19. Season the cream with salt.
- 20. Season the cream with pepper.
- 21. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 22. Set the heating function to top and bottom heat.
- 23. Mix the minced meat with the mustard.
- 24. Mix the minced meat with the parsley.
- 25. Season the meat mixture with salt.
- 26. Season the meat mixture with pepper.
- 27. Divide the meat into four equal portions.
- 28. Shape each portion into a flat ball.
- 29. Take about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
- 30. Fill each meat ball with the cream cheese mixture.
- 31. Seal the filling by shaping the meat around it.
- 32. Form round burger patties.
- 33. Place the burgers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 34. Spread the remaining cream cheese on top of the patties.
- 35. Bake the burgers in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- 36. Bake the burgers until they are golden brown.
- 37. Slice the buns horizontally in the middle.
- 38. Place the cooked burgers on the bottom halves of the buns.
- 39. Cut the finished burgers in half.
- 40. Serve them this way.
- 41. Serve the burgers with crispy potato chips according to your preference.
