  4. 4. Fry the onion rings in batches for 3 to 4 minutes in hot oil.
  5. 5. Cook the rings until they are golden brown.
  6. 6. Place the fried rings on kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
  7. 7. Rinse the chicken breast fillets.
  8. 8. Pat the meat dry with a cloth.
  9. 9. Cut the meat into four equal slices.
  10. 10. Pound the slices flat if they are too thick.
  11. 11. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Heat a grill pan with one tablespoon of oil.
  13. 13. Grill the chicken slices for about 5 minutes on each side.
