Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 150 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun (with sesame)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 tsp chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomato thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds. Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown for about 8 minutes.
- 2. Cut the burger buns in half and place them with the cut side down in the preheated oven. Bake them at 200 °C (convection 180 °C or gas mark 3) for about 4 minutes until crispy. Remove them and let them cool down briefly.
- 3. Spread the bottom half of the bun with salad mayonnaise. Place a lettuce leaf, the fried chicken breast fillet, the tomato slices, and another lettuce leaf on top. Add some chili sauce and cover everything with the top half of the bun. Now serve the burger.
