🥗 Burgers with Colorful Salad Topping

Ingredients
- 200 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 4 Lettuce hearts
- 100 g Bacon (sliced)
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil (Olive or Sunflower)
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Sugar
- 500 g Ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Oil (for the grill grate)
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Mustard
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the tomatoes.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 4. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from the hard stem.
- 5. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 6. Spin the lettuce leaves dry.
- 7. Cut the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- 9. Fry the bacon in the hot oil until crispy.
- 10. Place the cooked bacon on kitchen paper.
- 11. Blot the excess fat from the bacon.
- 12. Cut the avocado in half.
- 13. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 14. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado with a spoon.
- 15. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 16. Drizzle the avocado cubes immediately with lemon juice.
- 17. Peel the garlic clove.
- 18. Place the garlic clove in a tall container.
- 19. Add the yogurt to the container.
- 20. Add the mustard to the container.
- 21. Pour the remaining oil into the container.
- 22. Add the vinegar to the container.
- 23. Season the mixture with salt.
- 24. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 25. Blend the ingredients until smooth using a hand blender.
- 26. Season the dressing with a pinch of sugar.
- 27. Season the minced meat with salt.
- 28. Season the minced meat with pepper.
- 29. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
- 30. Form four meatballs from the minced meat.
- 31. Oil the grill grate.
- 32. Grill the meatballs over high heat.
- 33. Grill the meatballs for about four minutes per side.
- 34. Cut the buns in half.
- 35. Place the meatballs on the bun halves.
- 36. Spread the buns with ketchup.
- 37. Spread the buns with mustard.
- 38. Place the bun tops on.
- 39. Arrange all prepared salad ingredients on a plate.
- 40. Crumble the cooled bacon into small pieces.
- 41. Sprinkle the bacon pieces over the salad.
- 42. Drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
- 43. Serve the burgers together with the salad.
