  1. 1. Cut the multigrain buns in half. Wash the tomato, remove the hard stem base, and cut it into wedge-shaped pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry.
  2. 2. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and peel off the skin. Slice one half of the avocado into thin strips and set aside. Puree the other half with crème fraîche and lemon juice until creamy. Season the avocado cream with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Mix the minced meat with mustard and an egg. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and form four burger patties. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the burgers on both sides for four to five minutes each.
  4. 4. Spread the avocado cream on the bottom half of the buns and place one lettuce leaf on each. Place the burger on top, followed by a tomato slice and two to three avocado slices. Close the burger with the top half of the bun and serve with two jalapeños each.
