🍽️ Burger with Avocado and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 slice toast bread
- 2 tbsp yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 1 pinch organic lemon zest
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g goat cheese
- 400 g ground beef
- breadcrumbs (as needed)
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 4 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the hard crusts from the bread.
- 2. Tear the soft bread into small pieces.
- 3. Mix the bread crumbs with the yogurt.
- 4. Let the mixture swell.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Press the garlic into a bowl.
- 7. Add the mustard to the bowl.
- 8. Grate the lemon zest into the bowl.
- 9. Add the egg yolk.
- 10. Add the breadcrumbs.
- 11. Mash the mixture finely with a fork.
- 12. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes.
- 13. Fold the cheese cubes into the minced meat.
- 14. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 15. Add more breadcrumbs if necessary.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt.
- 17. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 18. Form four burger patties.
- 19. Place the patties in the fridge to chill.
- 20. Preheat the oven.
- 21. Set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 22. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
- 23. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 24. Drain the tomatoes well.
- 25. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet.
- 26. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil.
- 27. Season the tomatoes with salt.
- 28. Bake the tomatoes in the oven.
- 29. Bake them for about 15 minutes.
- 30. Remove the tomatoes when they are slightly soft.
- 31. Heat a pan with oil.
- 32. Place the burger patties in the hot pan.
- 33. Fry the patties on the first side.
- 34. Fry them for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 35. Turn the patties over.
- 36. Fry the second side for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 37. Fry them until golden brown.
- 38. Slice the buns open.
- 39. Wash the arugula.
- 40. Dry the arugula well.
- 41. Tear the arugula into smaller pieces if needed.
- 42. Peel the onion.
- 43. Slice the onion into rings.
- 44. Peel the avocado.
- 45. Halve the avocado.
- 46. Remove the pit.
- 47. Cut the avocado halves into quarters.
- 48. Spread tahini on the bottom half of the buns.
- 49. Sprinkle the buns with arugula.
- 50. Place the onion rings on top.
- 51. Place the burger patties on top.
- 52. Add the avocado slices on top.
- 53. Add the tomatoes on top.
- 54. Place the top half of the buns on.
- 55. Serve the burgers.
- 56. Serve the burgers with french fries.
