  1. 1. Cut a small piece of baguette (about 100 grams) into small cubes.
  2. 2. Place the bread cubes in water to soften them.
  3. 3. Peel one clove of garlic and one onion.
  4. 4. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
  5. 5. Sauté the chopped onions and garlic in hot butter.
  6. 6. Cook the mixture briefly until it is soft and translucent.
  7. 7. Remove the pan from the heat.
  8. 8. Let the onion and garlic mixture cool down slightly.
  9. 9. Pat the tofu dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  11. 11. Squeeze the soaked bread well to remove excess water.
  12. 12. Place the squeezed bread into a bowl.
  13. 13. Add the minced meat to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the cooled onion and garlic mixture.
  15. 15. Add the tofu cubes.
  16. 16. Add fresh parsley, oregano, and cumin.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  19. 19. Slightly wet your hands with water.
  20. 20. Form small meatballs from the mixture.
  21. 21. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
  22. 22. Fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.
  23. 23. Cook the meatballs for about 8 minutes.
  24. 24. Season the ketchup with the desired herbs.
  25. 25. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to the ketchup.
  26. 26. Cut a tomato into small cubes.
  27. 27. Stir the tomato cubes into the seasoned ketchup mixture.
  28. 28. Slice the baguette.
  29. 29. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  30. 30. Place the bread slices on the oven rack.
  31. 31. Toast the bread slices in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
  32. 32. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom bread slice.
  33. 33. Place one meatball on the lettuce.
  34. 34. Spread some of the tomato ketchup mixture over the meatball.
  35. 35. Cover the burger with the second bread slice.
  36. 36. Serve the burgers hot.
