🍽️ Colorful Vegetable Pan Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 500 g small boiled potatoes (cooked)
- 1 kohlrabi
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 200 g snow peas
- 2 tbsp ghee
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into elongated pieces.
- 2. Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into sticks.
- 3. Peel the carrots and cut thick slices.
- 4. Peel the onions, halve them lengthwise, and cut them into wedges.
- 5. Wash the snow peas, trim the ends, and cut them diagonally into pieces.
- 6. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter fat in an iron skillet.
- 7. Add the onions, carrots, and kohlrabi.
- 8. Fry over medium heat, stirring, for about 8 minutes.
- 9. Add the potatoes and snow peas.
- 10. Add remaining butter fat if necessary.
- 11. Fry for another 8 to 10 minutes.
- 12. Season with salt and pepper.
- 13. Serve the vegetable hash sprinkled with chives.
