🍽️ Colorful Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 bulbs fennel
- 4 chicory
- 2 oranges
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary needles
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fennel and chicory (a cabbage-like plant) and remove the tough base. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
- 2. Wash the oranges and cut them in half.
- 3. Place the vegetables and oranges on a grill that is not too hot. Cook them for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary needles.
- 4. Serve the dish with crusty bread for skewering (stock bread).
