🍽️ Colorful Fruit Layer Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mascarpone
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- Powdered sugar
- Limes
- 3 Kiwis
- 1 Mango
- 200 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 2 tbsp Port wine
Instructions
- 1. Mix the yogurt with the mascarpone until smooth. Season the cream with powdered sugar and a splash of lime juice.
- 2. Peel the kiwis and puree them into a smooth paste. Sweeten the mixture to taste with some powdered sugar.
- 3. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and puree it as well. Enhance the mixture with Grand Marnier and powdered sugar.
- 4. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Puree them and pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Stir in the port wine and some powdered sugar.
- 5. Layer the fruit puree and yogurt cream into champagne flasks according to your preference. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
