  1. 1. Mix the yogurt with the mascarpone until smooth. Season the cream with powdered sugar and a splash of lime juice.
  2. 2. Peel the kiwis and puree them into a smooth paste. Sweeten the mixture to taste with some powdered sugar.
  3. 3. Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and puree it as well. Enhance the mixture with Grand Marnier and powdered sugar.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Puree them and pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Stir in the port wine and some powdered sugar.
  5. 5. Layer the fruit puree and yogurt cream into champagne flasks according to your preference. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
