  3. 3. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until the mixture is glossy and firm.
  4. 4. Color the cream as desired using soft pastel shades.
  5. 5. Fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  6. 6. Pipe small dollops onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. 7. Bake the meringues in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes until crisp.
  8. 8. Be careful not to let them turn too dark.
  9. 9. Remove them from the oven and let them cool down completely.
