🍽️ Colorful Sausage Salad – smart

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 bunch radishes
- 200 g poultry cold cuts
- 50 g red onions (1 red onion)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 box garden cress
- 2 tsp hot mustard
- 1 tsp grated horseradish (jar)
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds, wash it, and cut it into strips. Place the strips in a large bowl.
- 2. Wash the cucumber and radishes thoroughly, dry them, and clean them.
- 3. Peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler, leaving dark green stripes on the skin. Then slice the cucumber into very thin rounds.
- 4. Slice the radishes into thin rounds as well and add them to the bowl with the cucumber.
- 5. Cut the sausage into strips.
- 6. Peel the onion, quarter it, and cut it into thin strips. Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and cut them into small rings. Cut the cress directly from the plant using scissors. Mix everything together with the sausage strips into the vegetables.
- 7. Whisk mustard and horseradish with vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk in the oil until the sauce is creamy. Mix the sauce into the salad ingredients and serve immediately.
