🍽️ Colorful tomato salad on crumbly fresh cheese

Ingredients
- 250 g red cherry tomatoes
- 250 g yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 20 g arugula (0.25 bunch)
- 200 g grainy cream cheese
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion in half and slice it into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
- 2. Wash the basil leaves and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Finely chop the leaves.
- 3. Combine the tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl and mix well. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Wash the arugula and pat it dry. Place the arugula on the plates, top with the tomato salad, and finish with the crumbly fresh cheese.
